These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Sahib AI mobile application, website, and related services. By using Sahib AI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Sahib AI is a learning game that helps users learn English and understand the fundamentals of AI agents through interactive lessons, quizzes, quick battles, and kingdom progression.
The app is for educational and entertainment purposes. It does not provide autonomous AI agents, financial advice, employment guarantees, or income guarantees.
Sahib AI is intended for users aged 13 and above. The app is not directed to children under 13. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you should use the app with the permission of a parent or guardian.
To use certain features, you may need to create an account using Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account. You agree not to:
Sahib AI may save your progress, including coins, hearts, quick match results, building levels, timers, learning track, completed lessons, quizzes, and skill challenges. Progress, rewards, and app features may be adjusted, updated, balanced, or changed over time as we improve the app.
Sahib AI may offer a paid subscription called Sahib AI Pro. Sahib AI Pro may include benefits such as:
These benefits may apply according to the app rules shown inside the app. For launch, Sahib AI Pro is planned as a monthly auto-renewing subscription.
Sahib AI Pro subscriptions are purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play. Your payment will be charged to your Apple or Google account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled according to Apple App Store or Google Play rules. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Sahib AI does not directly process payment card details.
Purchases and subscriptions made through Apple App Store or Google Play are handled by those platforms. Refund requests must be submitted through the platform where the purchase was made and are subject to Apple’s or Google Play’s refund policies and applicable law. Sahib AI does not receive or store full payment card details. Refunds for App Store or Google Play purchases are generally handled through the platform where the purchase was made.
If supported in the app, users may restore purchases to recover an active subscription on a device or account. Subscription access depends on Apple, Google, and RevenueCat verification.
Sahib AI teaches practical concepts related to English and AI agent-building skills. We do not guarantee that using the app will result in income, employment, business success, professional certification, or any specific outcome. Any references to future-ready skills, AI skills, or practical learning are educational and motivational, not a promise of earnings or employment.

Sahib AI, including its name, logo, app icon, website, app design, game systems, lessons, quizzes, text, graphics, visuals, characters, UI elements, audio, software, and other content, belongs to Sahib AI (FZE) or its licensors.
All rights are reserved. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, scrape, reverse engineer, clone, or commercially use any part of Sahib AI without written permission from Sahib AI (FZE).
"Sahib AI" and "Sahib AI Pro" are trademarks or trade names of Sahib AI (FZE). Unauthorized use of our name, logo, branding, or confusingly similar branding is prohibited.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app at any time. We may change game balance, rewards, subscription benefits, features, lessons, UI, or technical systems as needed to improve the app, maintain fairness, fix bugs, or comply with platform requirements.
You may request deletion of your account and associated app data. Inside the app, go to: Settings → Account → Delete Account. If you cannot access the app, email support@sahib.ai. You may also visit sahib.ai/account-deletion. Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, platform, tax, or transaction-record purposes.
Your use of Sahib AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy: sahib.ai/privacy-policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sahib AI (FZE) is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, business, or opportunities arising from your use of the app. The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, unless applicable consumer laws require otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and may notify users through the app or website.
