How do I recover or access my account?

support@sahib.ai from the email address linked to your account with your username. We will guide you through recovery steps.
How are billing, subscriptions, and refunds managed?
For subscription billing, purchases, refunds, and cancellations, please check your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. All purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Refunds must be requested through their respective platform systems according to their rules and local laws.
Can I transfer progress to a new device?
Yes. Ensure your account is linked to Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In, and then log in using the same credentials on your new device to automatically restore your progress.
How do I delete my account and data?
Go to
Settings → Account → Delete Account inside the app, or visit our
Account Deletion Page to request deletion via email.
The game is crashing or running slowly. How do I fix it?
Ensure your device is connected to the internet and updated to the latest OS version. Try restarting the application or clearing cache. If it still crashes, email
support@sahib.ai with details about your device model, OS, and what triggered the crash.
